Automatic use of another font instead of bold

I'm using Word 2021 and I've got a problem with the font family Computer Modern that I've installed myself. I've tried to uninstall it and download it from different sources without result.

My problem is with the bold version of CMU Sans Serif that I use. It appears well on my document, no problem with impression either, but bold does not appear well when I export to PDF. Instead, it gives me a strange font that is not "bolded" but almost (see on the image below).

Microsoft Word text

PDF result

That only happens when I use CTRL+G (I'm French) or the button on the bar to bold my font. The issue is solved when I switch to "CMU Sans Serif Bold" in the policy name. However, this is not really satisfying and I sometimes forgot to do that.

That is why I'm looking for a way so that Word goes naturally to CMU Sans Serif Bold when I switch to bold, or so that my exports to PDF deal better with CMU Sans Serif when bold is used.

Note that this only happens with CMU Sans Serif and not the other fonts of that package!
